The Atomic Bombshell
The Atomic Bombshell is a story about how two young women cope with the trauma of sex abuse. As identical twins they each have their own coping mechanisms. Whilst Christine looks to the power that her beauty gives her over the men she encounters, and uses that beauty to entertain, Catherine decides that she will cope by becoming celibate, and having one to one relationships, and entering the medical profession where she can help others in their lives.
Whilst Christine becomes sexually liberated, Catherine becomes more of a prude, leading the twins into conflict. When they inherit the very Inn where the abuse took place, and discover that the person responsible for the abuse was their natural mother, this adds even more strain to their relationship, can they survive this, or will it tear them apart.
Christine starts an affair with a married man, and also marries the unlikeliest of partners, but as she starts to settle into her life she meets her lovers’ wife, there are some unexpected revelations.
A story that has humour, as well as intensity, romance as well as sex, love as well as hate and does their money help them to solve their psychological issues?
