This book is a sequel to the book “The Boy and the Boomerang from County Down.” It is the story of the return of Captain Bowstern, after he was last seen leaving Annalong harbour a few years ago, he was presumed dead after an upturned boat was found the next day after a huge storm the night he left Annalong harbour. So it was with great surprise when he returned to Ireland in his black schooner because most people including his friends and relatives thought he had been lost at sea.
